I have tons and tons of flower photos, so I’m making them into pendants! I’ll be adding them to my shop over the next several days.
I also have a ton of insect photography but I’m really not sure how well those would do. haha. I mean.. I think it would be cool to have a big cicada or caterpillar closeup around my neck, buuut… heh. What do you think?
Dear Vox friends,
I know I've been gone for a while. I apologize for that. As noted in my last post, I recently got engaged and have been trying to plan a fun & funky wedding. If that wasn't enough to keep any gal occupied, the Boy and I decided to buy a house. Hurrah, I know. It's a fixer-upper and needs new everything (just about). It's a lovely house, though, and as a first time homeowner, I can't say how happy I am to rip out MY old carpet and knock holes in MY wall. My days look something like this: 9-5 is spent at work, 6-9 is spent at the house. Sleep and breakfast and dinner and dog walking fall between 9 and 8.
I know it's no excuses, but for those of you who sort of like my scribbles, please don't write me off just yet. I should be back with new art some time in May.

So I made a few BIG pendants last week. These ones are all one of a kind because you’ll actually be wearing the original watercolor illustration around yer neck. I’m having fun doing the little teensy paintings. I haven’t worked this small probably since I stopped doing ACEOs a couple of years ago.
The featured artisan for the month of March is DesignByNora. She sells some wonderful purses in her shop, as well as really cute earrings and paper products. Pretty well rounded!
My absolute favourite item of hers is “Tina’s Purse.” Love the black and red faux leather combination!

Well.. I was making some magnets out of left over marbles, and one decided to suck itself onto a ring base I had lying near by. DING DING! Idea time.
Available in my Etsy shop.
I’m probably going to do a few more sets, some art, some photography. Maybe some hand painted ones as well. Who knows.
